Affiliate Title: Project Development Associate
Job Description:
Affiliate will be responsible for the day-to-day solicitation and oversight management of interactive marketing programs and Web development projects. The individual will work with the Elite Eye Group account team and various discipline Leads (creative, content, digital strategy, technology, etc.). The Project Development Associate will be responsible for ensuring that project deliverables meet time specifications and quality goals.
Responsibilities:
- Procure new clients
- Facilitate effective workflow between project team members
- Communication of project status to team and clients
- Achieve on-time delivery of projects of the highest quality
- Ensures that all project documents have been completed, that deliverables are on schedule and within specification and budget for a given project
- Performs cross-functional task oversight for a client projects
- Interfaces with the company account and discipline leads to resolve project-related issues; escalates larger project issues and risk as needed for resolution
- Reports client relations status on a regular basis to management and project team
- Ensures deliverables are complete and of the highest quality
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Web development processes
- Knowledge of Web, social media, mobile, email and banner technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and proactive problem-solving skills
- Detailed-oriented and take-oversight attitude
- Must be highly skilled in time management to facilitate involvement in multiple projects
- Ability to work independently
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Must have industry and / or agency experience
Compensation:
- High margin production based incentives
- Initial comp may include draw, expenses and other benefits (based on affiliates goals & objectives)

Job Description:
Affiliate will be responsible for monitoring client and patient communication in various formats including: web chat, inbound and outbound telephone exchange, proactive and reactive commutative protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and chat with website visitors
- Pursue and schedule patient appointments
- Initiate follow up and appointment tracking communication
- Initiate proactive solicitation communication with pre-defined call lists
- Respond to inbound patient information request calls
- Interfaces with the company account and discipline leads to report activities
- Ensures deliverables are complete and of the highest quality
Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience with web chat communication

Affiliate Title: Design Intern
Join us:
Our agency is looking for a web and graphic designer Interns to support our client projects throughout various regions. Interns team with the Tampa Florida office. The Intern will join a rapidly growing group of diverse, talented people in a fast-paced environment where creativity and initiative are rewarded.
As an intern, you will work with a senior project manager in designing websites, collateral materials and media. Candidates must have strong HTML, Photoshop/ Fireworks skills, and a strong background in CSS. Experience with JavaScript, html5, Flash and/or Flex is a plus.
We’re looking for Sophomore or Junior Computer Science or Information Systems majors, who possess a strong work ethic, an interest and ability to learn in a hands-on environment, strong written and verbal communication skills and a positive attitude. (Good grades can't hurt either; 3.2 GPA or better). This is a long-term internship, ideally lasting through the school year.
